Shipping Times

All orders within the USA are shipped via DHL using the designated rates seen on our checkout page. In an attempt to be extremely honest and transparent with our supporters, a realistic timeframe to receive your Song Journeys order will be approximately:

  • 6-8 Days (if purchasing Monday – Wednesday)
  • 8-11 Days (if purchasing Thursday – Sunday)

These shipping times reflect that these shirts are made to order to greatly reduce waste. It also reflects that it takes a day or two to get your shirts fulfilled/printed, and there is reduced staff on the weekends, therefore the Thursday through Sunday orders can take a little longer. Just being straight with everyone!

Your order will be shipped as soon as it is printed and fulfilled. Again, orders that come in Thursday – Sunday can (not always) take a couple days longer to get done. All domestic orders are shipped via DHL at the time of updating this web page.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.

Not that we’re aware of! Should simply be your regular state taxes and shipping – that’s it. Sometimes we wonder who came up with these website template questions and we’re glad we don’t live where ever they live!
